Crazy right!? So I’m sure your thinking “well if I don’t have to give up all of my favorite foods and drinks and I can still enjoy life and don’t have to miss out of dinner dates or holidays and sacrifice my entire existence to lose weight and get fit and be healthy then what do I have to lose?”
What is really holding you back from getting fit and healthy and losing the weight? It starts with YOU being willing to take charge of your life and your health. Your excuses. Your fears.
I know that is a hard pill to swallow. I’ve been there. When I was struggling with yo-yo dieting or couldn’t get past the all or nothing mindset with my nutrition and workouts. I had to be the one that was ready to change, ready to grow and put in the work.
